Reason I Love Darwin #457

I am cleaning out my email inbox today (instead of grading write ons, working, or doing laundry, obviously), and I came across the following one-liner from Darwin:

The elderly are out and about in. I see and hear them in the courtyard. I think they're conspiring against me.

...And that, ladies & gentlemen, is why we're a good match.
You just can't trust the elderly.

I trust no one who has a subscription to AARP. Or wears Depends.

All rights reserved to my snotty and generally self-deprecating writing. And if your comments bother me, I'll delete them. That's right, pumpkin.

How public—like a Frog—
To tell one's name—the livelong June—
To an admiring Bog!
